This Privacy Policy explains what SRI HARI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the app or website you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

SRI HARI is an online matka / gaming platform operated from India. The official website and the only official Android APK source is sara777games.fun. We are the data controller for account, wallet, and play records stored on our servers.

2. Information we collect

• Account: mobile number, display name, and MPIN. The MPIN is stored hashed. We do not keep it as plain text.
• Wallet and play: wallet balance, deposits, withdrawals, bets, results, passbook entries, and any bank account or UPI ID you save for payouts.
• Support: messages you send in live chat or feedback, and the contact details you share with Support.
• Device and app: app version, device model/OS as needed to run the app, install updates, and diagnose faults.
• Push token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send result, wallet, and update notifications you have enabled.
• Payment session: order ID, amount, and gateway status for deposits. Card or UPI credentials are entered on the payment partner’s page, not stored by SRI HARI.
• Logs: time-limited server logs (IP, user agent, request path) used for security, fraud review, and uptime.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not read SMS, contacts, call logs, photos, or files on your phone.
• We do not collect your Google advertising ID (AD_ID). Advertising ID collection is switched off in the app.
• We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, or KYC documents unless a future legal requirement is announced in-app.

4. Why we use this information

• Create and secure your account, including MPIN and optional app lock.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and keep a passbook.
• Accept bids, declare results, and credit winnings at the published rates.
• Send push notifications for results, wallet events, and optional app updates.
• Detect fraud, chargebacks, multi-accounting, and abuse.
• Provide Support and improve reliability of the app and website.
• Comply with applicable Indian law and respond to lawful requests.

5. Legal basis

We process this data to perform the contract you accept when you register (account, wallet, play), to protect our platform (security and fraud), and where required by law. Where consent is needed (for example push notifications on Android 13+), we ask in the app.

6. Sharing and processors

We share data only as needed to run SRI HARI:

• Payment partner (IMB Pay / UPI): order amount, order ID, and mobile so a deposit can be completed. Wallet credit happens only after the gateway confirms success.
• Google Firebase: push delivery (Cloud Messaging). Analytics advertising ID collection is disabled.
• Hosting: our web and database host in order to store and serve the service.
• Law enforcement or courts: when we are legally required to disclose.

UPI apps you choose (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and others) are independent apps. Their privacy policies apply to anything you do inside those apps.

7. Android permissions

• Internet / network: to load markets, wallet, and payments.
• Notifications: optional result and wallet alerts.
• Biometric / device credential: optional app lock that you turn on.
• Install packages: only to install an official SRI HARI APK update that you confirm.

The app does not request SMS, contacts, camera, microphone, or location for normal play.

8. Cookies and similar technology

The website uses a session cookie so you stay logged in, plus a remember-me preference if you tick it. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the player app. You can clear cookies in your browser; you will need to log in again.

9. Retention

Account, wallet, bid, and payout records stay while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure so we can handle disputes, chargebacks, and legal duties. Server logs are rotated. Push tokens are removed when they fail or when you log out / uninstall. You can ask Support to close an account; some records may be kept where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it comes into force), you may ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct your name or payout details from Profile / Withdrawal Details.
• Close your account and delete data we are not required to keep.
• Turn off push notifications in the app or Android settings.

Use Support in the app or the contacts below. We may need to verify the request against the registered mobile number.

11. Children

SRI HARI is for users 18 years or older only. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has an account, contact Support and we will close it.

12. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed MPINs, access tokens for the Android API, and restricted admin access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Keep your MPIN private. Do not install APKs from unknown sites or Telegram forwards.

13. International processing

Firebase and some payment infrastructure may process data outside India. We use them only to run push and deposits. By using SRI HARI you understand this transfer is part of the service.

14. Official app source

Download or update the Android app only from https://sara777games.fun/download-app or the in-app Check Updates screen. Third-party copies can steal your MPIN or wallet.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. Material changes may also be shown in the app or on the website.

16. Contact / grievance

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
